Mission Nutrition
Participants work with Linda St. Clair, a registered dietician, and will learn weight management techniques in a group setting and receive individualized follow up using email and face to face meetings. Food records are analyzed weekly, pre and post body fat testing; resting heart rate, flexibility, body weight and blood pressure are tested.
