Beginner's Combo: Designed for those who are new to fitness or ready to get back into fitness. Focus will be on a variety of cardio (step and freestyle), strength training and flexibility.
Cardio X-Press: An efficient freestyle class that will offer you a great workout through a combination of high-energy freestyle and step movements.
Fusion: An intense class designed to mix it up and keep you guessing! A unique blend of martial art movements improve your dynamic power, strength and cardio response.
Hard Core: Get on the ball and sculpt the abs you have always wanted. 25 minutes dedicated to your abdominals and back that will develop functional endurance, healthy posture and balance.
Power Sculpt: A great muscular conditioning class that adds variety to your workout! Strengthen all major muscle groups by incorporating a wide range of resistance equipment.
Punch!: A dynamic cardio workout combining a variety of martial art movements including kicking, punching and powerful sport efforts.
Pump!: A "low-impact" strength class designed to develop core strength, muscle definition and a strong physique using a variety of resistance tools.
Stepz: Put a little Zumba in you step. This class will provide you with classic step movements while adding a bit of "spice" by incorporating Zumba moves.
Step-n-More: An efficient combination of cardio (freestyle & step) and strength training that will burn calories and challenge your muscle.
Turbo Step: An intermediate to advanced step class using more advanced choreography for high intensity. Interesting step combinations and power bursts on and around the step stimulate your mind and challenge your muscle.
Turbo Kickz: A powerful workout that combines shadow boxing, kickboxing, sports drills, dancing, yoga, and Zumba dance moves in a party atmosphere. Turbo Kickz is interval based and allows participants of any fitness level to participate and custom tailor their work-out.
Zumba: Dance your way to a fitter you! Easy but exciting Latin dance moves and motivating rhythms allow you to dance while burning lots of calories! It's HOT, HOT, HOT!
