Associate Executive Director

BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DUTIES:
 
The YMCA of Kanawha Valley is seeking an experienced and motivated individual to provide leadership for the position of Associate Executive Director. The Associate Executive Director will be responsible for planning, developing, implementing a variety of strategies and tactics for high staff, member and community engagement. Responsibilities include oversight of a number of departments. Some travel will be necessary to provide this oversight. Strong human relation skills and written/verbal communication skills are necessary. This position requires the ability to plan, develop, organize, manage and administer multiple ongoing tasks. Departmental budget development and analysis experience is highly desirable, as well as, direct operational experience and PC skills to include Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel and Outlook.
