Our after school program is designed for youth from area elementary schools. Certified van drivers pick up from the schools listed below and transport to the YMCA each day. Activities are educationally focused on character development with an emphasis on physical fitness based on the Activate America program. For more information contact Kelley Morris at 304.340.3527. We operate on the Kanawha County Schools schedule. New participants are required to provide a current immunization record and a copy of their latest well care examination.

Full Day Out Program (K – 8th grade) Full Day Out is a childcare program available on days when Kanawha County Schools are not in session including ISE days, state and federal holidays, Christmas break, spring break, and snow days. The program is open to all elementary and middle school students. Participation in our After School Program is not required. Activities include swimming, organized games, physical fitness, and occasionally off-site field trips. New participants are required to provide a current immunization record and a copy of the latest well care assessment along with the completed registration form. Program runs from 7:00 am to 6:00 pm. No multiple child discounts given.
