A style of yoga that works on the tension / relaxation principle. The class starts with big movements to stretch as well as strengthen each
muscle group, changing positions simultaneously with each breath. There are standing and seated
postures in the first half hour of class that work the tension out of muscles, oxygenating the body.
The last portion of class changes into lying down on the mat stretches which provide rest and relaxation.
