A gentle class that flows at a perfect pace for seniors, those just beginning to practice yoga or
anyone with physical limitations. Class consists of a series of slow moving postures holding each for
a few breaths, moving every joint and lengthening every muscle. No “hands on” adjustments. Integral yoga will improve flexibility, strength and balance and assist your body to move and function with greater ease.
